Paid Pro plans are offered as Monthly ($9.99), Yearly ($69.99), and Lifetime ($149.99) unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. We may offer a 7-day free trial to eligible new users on recurring plans.

Unless canceled before renewal, your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle. The amount, billing interval, and any trial terms are shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm purchase.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with availability/security, scrape content at scale, reverse engineer unauthorized parts, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and content (excluding your own lawful submissions) are owned by Norixisor its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norixis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of: (a) the fees you paid to us in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by negligence where legally non-waivable.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Norixis, excluding conflict of laws principles.
