What is included in the Pro subscription?
Pro subscription includes unlimited hearts, ad-free experience, exclusive pro content, priority support, advanced analytics, and access to beta features. You'll also get 50% bonus XP on all activities and access to shareable course certificates after completion.
How much does Pro cost?
Pro has three plans: Monthly ($9.99), Yearly ($69.99), and Lifetime ($149.99). Monthly and Yearly include a 7-day free trial, and Lifetime includes a 7-day money-back guarantee.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, you'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period. If you're still in the 7-day trial, access ends with the trial period and does not continue into a paid month. After that, you'll return to the free plan but keep all your learning progress.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are reviewed based on applicable law and case circumstances. Contact support@norixis.com and we will review your request.
How do unlimited hearts work?
With Pro, you never lose hearts when you make mistakes. This means you can learn at your own pace without worrying about running out of lives.
When will I be charged?
For Monthly and Yearly plans, if eligible, you'll be charged at the end of your free trial period and then at the same interval unless canceled. Lifetime is a one-time payment at checkout.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes, you can update your payment method anytime in your subscription settings. Go to your subscription management page and click 'Manage Subscription'.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which meets the highest security standards. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
Can I pause my subscription?
Currently, we don't offer subscription pausing. However, you can cancel and resubscribe anytime without losing your progress.
Do you offer student discounts?
We're working on student pricing options. For now, contact support@norixis.com with your student ID for potential discounts.
Can I share my Pro subscription with family?
Each Pro subscription is for individual use only. We're considering family plans for the future, but currently each person needs their own subscription.
What happens to my learning progress if I cancel?
All your learning progress, achievements, and XP points are permanently saved to your account. Even if you cancel and resubscribe later, everything will be exactly as you left it.
How do certifications work?
When you complete a course, a certificate is added to your Certifications page. You can open and share the certificate link at any time.
